Emergency Walk-Ins: We Are Ready When You Arrive

During our business hours—Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm—we accept emergency walk-ins. You don't need an appointment when your pet’s life is on the line.

Our experienced team is trained to pivot instantly. When an emergency walks through our doors, we prioritize stabilization. From providing oxygen and pain management to stopping bleeding or administering life-saving fluids, our immediate goal is to get your pet out of the "danger zone" and into a stable state.

Stabilization vs. Overnight Care

It is important for our clients to understand how our emergency services work so you can make the best decisions for your pet:

• Daytime Stability: We can monitor, treat, and keep your pet stable throughout the day while our clinic is open.

• No Overnight Boarding: To ensure every pet gets the 24/7 intensive monitoring they may require after a major trauma or surgery, we do not board animals overnight.

If your pet requires "round-the-clock" care after we’ve stabilized them, we don’t just send you on your way. We act as your advocate and coordinator to ensure a smooth transition to a facility equipped for overnight intensive care.

We believe in providing the best outcome for your pet, even if that means referring you to a specialized 24-hour facility. We are proud to partner with the excellent emergency clinics in our region, including the world-class team at Colorado State University (CSU) Veterinary Teaching Hospital.

By working closely with these 24-hour partners, we can:

2. Transfer medical records and diagnostics instantly so their next team is ready the moment you arrive.

3. Collaborate on follow-up care once your pet is ready to come back home.
